The building, consisting of 9 floors above ground plus a basement, has not presented particular constructive difficulties except the use of a high number of foundation piles strictly necessary to transfer the load on the soil layers arranged under a consistent water-bearing stratum in the subsurface, in shallow depth compared to the ground level.
